About Me

I grew up in the city of Huelva, Spain, of goodly parents who taught me from my childhood the basic principles of the gospel of Christ. The music, sports and video games are my favorite hobbies. I love thinking about things that inspires us to be better people each day. I have always in my mind this phrase Have I done something good today?.One of the songs that I love is Viva La Vida from Coldplay, this particular message of ''living the life'' makes me think to live as best that I can in my life as member of the Church and share what makes me really happy, and with that happiness I can live a really good life. Actually serving a mission in London South Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a raised up child in the Church doesn't help a lot to know more about other churches, I realized that when I was young. Thinking that I was living with the testimony of my parents and not for my own, I started to find other ways that I should never be. Trying to being more accepted in the world and less in the Church, I made really wrong decisions and thought that I don't really need a church for worship anybody, and also breaking some commandments is not really a bad thing. At first those decisions were affecting me only, then to my friends, but the worst part of it, to my family. Seeing the suffering of those who loved me, I realized that it was better to be accepted for the people who really loves you and no for what the world says. I changed, I started with the first step, returning my faith, repent for all the wrongs that I made before, and in one of those moments I knelt down and I felt all the sufferings of others for what I did. I asked forgiveness, I was alone. and something or someone touched my shoulder, and in that exactly moment, I felt that everything is gonna be alright, just forget what you did, and keep going. I knew that what happened to me was a miracle, and since that moment, I started to be a better person. Some of my friends followed my bad example years ago, but when they saw that I was preparing my papers, changing my ways to be, they changed too! I felt really happy in that moment. I knew that Our Heavenly Father wants us to be that light, to be a better example in every aspect and follow him. And I can testify that through this we can change lives, that was the reason to serve a mission, to save others lives. To bring them happiness. I know that being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints can bring us that happiness that I enjoyed, enjoying and will enjoy it during the rest of my life. This experience brought me that strength that foundation that I was looking for, and now I can help others.

How I live my faith

Through my decision to serve as a full time missionary for our Savior Jesus Christ, I am blessed with the opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I used to have sport activities with members of the Church and missionaries too. I always think in that quoted that serve others no matter what is the situation can be a blessing to others. To quench my thirst for knowledge I read the scriptures and try to live this principles in my life.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

It is recommended that children get sent at the age of 18 years to preach the Gospel and share it with them. But it is not an obligation. All worthy male is called to serve a mission, but to do that we also have the agency to decide whether to do so. Show more Show less

Why was a Restoration of the Gospel needed? Haven’t we always had the Bible?

The Bible had been so many times interpreted by so many interpretations that we do not know how is the real and true interpretation thereof. The Apostle Peter in Acts prophesied that it needs to be a Restitution of all things before the Second Coming of the Messiah. Because of that needed Restitution and the dead of the Apostles that authority in God's name was taken away. And that Authority needs to be Restored by a prophet in the Earth. That's the reason that we needed a Restoration of the Gospel. Show more Show less

Are Mormons Christians?

''And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins'' 2 Nephi 25:26 That's the real definition of a Christian. Without him I would be nothing. Show more Show less
