Hi I'm Jordan

I come from a small town and love to be outdoors. I'm serving a mission in Oklahoma and love every second of it! I AM a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Jordan. I am a proud member of the Church of Latter-Day Saints. I am serving as a Missionary until May 15, 2015. I went to Southern Utah University for a year and made some of the best friends I could ask for! After my mission I plan to return there to major in Chemistry with hopes to be accepted to medical school. I love sleeping under the stars, hiking, playing on anything with a motor, board, or wheels. If I had any one passion, it would be snowboarding. I enjoy being around and making new friends, but the thing I value the most is spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up as Mormon, I truly am so greatful for that blessing. I know that if I had not learned of this Gospel while I was young, I would not have anywhere near the amount of Faith and conversion to Jesus Christ as I enjoy now. My tesimony of This Gospel is strengthened every time I diligently read the Book of Mormon (and all other scriptures) WITH sincere, heart felt prayer! The Holy Ghost is the only way I can come closer to Christ No matter how much 'doctrine' I read about (Don't get me wrong, it is Very important to understand the doctrine and principles) I can only become More converted (or come closer to the Lord) when the Spirit is the one that testifies to me in my heart.

How I live my faith

Missionaries Are representatives of Jesus Christ. I strive to live up to that calling everyday. To be that example to any, and all those around me by doing whatever I can, to bring the tools, to let others feel the love, peace, and true happiness I have come to know. Lately, I have been living up to my Faith more and more as my testimony has increasingly grown. Even though I still have many faults; I try to remember my favorite quote, "God doesn't demand perfection today, but he expects progress by tomorrow. I have so much to be grateful for. And just because I am aware of this, makes me even happier!
