Hi I'm DaLynn Brown

I am an Arizona girl, I love to travel and speak Spanish. And I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am the oldest of 6, I have 4 younger brothers and a little sister. My Dad has been the provider of my family and we have been blessed with many opportunities to learn and grow. After I graduated high school, I got my Associates degree in Education, and went on a study abroad to Israel. I just got back from my mission in Ecuador, and I have resumed working on my bachelors degree in Public Health. Since I got back, I love to speak Spanish, and travel. I enjoy playing the piano as a stress reliever and making desserts.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that the power of the Atonement of Jesus Christ is real, and it has the power to cleanse our hearts from sins. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and loves me so much. I have felt his spirit as I have read the Book of Mormon. My faith in God and his love for me is unmovable. The church is true, and I know that the Book of Mormon is true. No one can deny that Joseph Smith was a prophet was of God, he wrote the Book of Mormon by the power of God . Thomas S. Monson is a prophet of God and you can feel of that truth through listening and reading his words.

How I live my faith

I do my scripture study, prayer daily and attend church weekly. I also go to the temple on a weekly basis. I enjoy talking about the gospel to my roommates, family and friends. I also visit the girls in my ward so that they can know I am there to support them.

Are there restrictions based on race or color concerning who can join The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and have the priesthood?
