Hi I'm Warren

I am an architect, a husband, and a father to 3 beautiful children, and i'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love architecture and have designed buildings in Japan, the Northwest and in Utah. I've heard people say that you should become an architect only if you could not be happy doing anything else. I think that they are right. An artist can have a very personal vision of his art, but an architect generally has to work cooperatively with others to get anything done. It also often involves the biggest dream, and the biggest investment that a family or individual may ever make. It is a great feeling to see these dreams become a reality for a family.

Why I am a Mormon

The teachings of my faith help me to understand who God is, and how his Son Jesus Christ made it possible for me to return to him. He has a plan of happiness that includes me and my family. It is why I can get up and work all day, knowing that I have a family that loves me, appreciates that I work to support them , and that they are doing their part so that we can return together to our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I am involved in my neighborhood and my community because I saw how it can make a difference. I see that our Father in Heaven loves each of his children, and can see things in my neighbors that I can't understand, but when I am sincerely trying to understand them, I can better feel that love that God has for them.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

I proposed to my wife after a 25 mile bike ride, and our life together has been a journey ever since. We were married in the Salt Lake Temple & we knew that if we were faithful to the promises that made to each other when we were married, that our marriage could last through the eternities. It changes the way that I look at her each morning and each night. It changes the way that I make decisions about how to spend my free time, and my energies. In fact it has made all the difference in what I hope to become. Show more Show less
