Hi I'm Chelsie

I'm a psychology major, a wife, and an imperfect person who's trying her best. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love reading, watching movies, and listening to music. I am in my third year of college and am now attending BYU, but I have attended Weber State and Utah Valley Universities in Utah as well. I love studying psychology. The way that people think and the things they do intrigue me to no end. I just love to understand! I have been married for just over one year to a man who treats me so well and makes me so happy. I love working with children and would love to be a psychologist for children who have been abused to help them overcome their trials and have a normal and fulfilling life. I love a good deal and like to price match when I do groceries and am always amazed at how much I can save! I love the outdoors and just love spending time with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

Throughout my life, I have noticed many people who are confused, sad, lost, or lonely, and when I see these people I just want to share the Gospel with them! The Gospel has helped me through feeling those same feelings. It has made me the person I am today. I am forever grateful for it's impact in my life. I was blessed to marry a man who believes in honoring and respecting women and I know that he treats me the sweet way that he does because of his participation in and understanding of the Gospel. I have chosen to be a member of this church because when I attend my meetings and do the things that I am taught to do in this church, I can feel Heavenly Father's spirit and see His hand in my life. I am grateful for the atonement of Jesus Christ and know that because of His sacrifice, I can repent of my mistakes and be forgiven.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be as involved as possible! I enjoy going to all of my Sunday meetings, Relief Society Activities, ward socials, and inviting neighbors over for game nights. My husband and I have the goal of doing one huge service project a month, and it has just enriched our lives! My calling is with the Primary of the church, and working with children is truly the best! They have such sweet spirits and such a genuine desire to learn about the Lord and to love His children as He would.
