Hi I'm Brianna

I'm from Georgia. I am the oldest of 9 children. I am serving a Full Time Mission in Rosario Argentina and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I come from a military family. My dad served in the Army. We were blessed to not have to move a bunch but the question always hung over our family of when or where or for how long my dad would get deployed for. It was a faith building time for me. I grew to know that my Heavenly Father knew about me and my family's circumstances and wherever my dad got sent that He was watching over him too. This brought my family very close together. They are my closest friends. I will be leaving in July 2017 to serve a Full Time Mission in Rosario Argentina. I can not wait to love the people there like I love my own family. I hope to share with them the truth and have them become close to their families like I am with mine, for eternity.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church. Both of my parents were raised Mormons. However to my grandparents thats as far as my genealogy goes back for being members of this church. I look up very highly to all my grandparents for the faith they exercised in accepting the gospel from a couple of very young missionaries. Now as I am going into the mission field i feel like those young missionaries that found my grandparents. I am ready to find people who have been seeking for the truth. I know with all my heart that it is the true church. I am still learning. I learn new things everyday. I am not all knowing. I do not have all the answers. But I know that with the help of my Savior and my Father in Heaven that all things can be accomplished. As I read the Book of Mormon and as I hear the latter day prophets and apostles speak I feel a burn in gin my heart that what I hear and read is true. I know it. I live it. And I love it.

How I live my faith

I love going to youth. I am the second counselor of our youth age group. I love babysitting for the families in my ward so they are able to spend time with their spouse. I go to the valley food bank at times and go with my youth group to the nursing home, clothing bank, and many other things like this. We have made a goal this year as a youth group to adopt a grandparent. We visit and get to know them. Listen and comfort them when their family may not be there for them.
