Hi I'm Randi Murtaugh

I live in New Jersey, I play lacrosse, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I want to join the Coast Guard Academy when I graduate high school. I'm very interested in Ecology and Biology and protecting the environment. I love Disney classics and country music. I like to swim, play lacrosse, and go camping.

Why I am a Mormon

I can't even begin to describe to you the emotions and feelings I get when I hear something and I know that it's true. Being a Mormon has taught me many things that can guide me through life. I'm so grateful to have the gospel in my life. I know that this is the true church!

How I live my faith

Currently, I am the Young Women's counselor in my ward. I always attend youth activities such as camp, dances, and youth conferences!

What is faith?

Randi Murtaugh
Faith. You need faith to do all things. Faith is a three legged stool that comes along with hope and charity. Do you believe in God? Can you see God? Can you smell God? Can you touch God? Then how do you know he's real? You use faith. When you are on your knees... praying... asking for forgiveness or thanking him for the beautiful day you have just witnessed, what do you feel? Chills that run from your head, down your spine to your toes? Tears if joy, or a sense of warmth? How do you feel when you are singing hymns? Do you smile at the mention of living in these latter days, or the fact that Zion will come? This, my friend, is having faith. My faith in this gospel is so strong, I would do anything to uphold my standards and to do what is right. Show more Show less
