Hi I'm Ashton

I grew up in Southern Utah. I'm a swimmer, lifeguard, future pediatric trauma nurse, sister missionary and, I'm Mormon!

About Me

I love my family! I come from a family of 4. I love to serve people! I was a lifeguard and competitive swimmer. My dream is to be a pediatric trauma nurse. However, I put it all on hold so that I could serve a full-time mission in Mexico.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised with this gospel in my life. I have continued to live it because I know it's the true church. I have watched it change lives and I have seen the true happiness it brings. Many of the trials I have gone through have helped me gain my strong testimony in the church. I'm so grateful for those trials. I also have the knowledge that I'm NEVER alone. My faith is not just something I practice on Sundays or when I encounter a challenge. My faith is how I live my everyday life. I am who I am because of the things I truly believe. Weaknesses become strengths, challenges become opportunities, trials become triumphs, and adversity becomes an adventure with the Lord in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by acting on it. Weekly I enjoy going to church and renewing my covenants. My faith is part of my everyday life. When I get up in the morning the way I start my day is because of my faith. Trials and challenges, joy and happiness - I know that my Savior is always there for me and that I can always rely on him. I'm not perfect, but as I follow his example, I get watch my life take a different course than it would without him. Each day I strive to be the person my Father in Heavan wants me to be.
