Hi I'm Joe Berg

I grew up in Texas. After living in various parts of the country I am back. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently 29 yrs old. I am a proud member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2008. I have a degree in Construction Science and currently work as a Construction Manager for a High Voltage Electrical Specialty company. I enjoy sports, golfing, fishing, hunting, and everything that Texas boys like to do. I also enjoy working on our house and yard.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because of the testimony that I received through the power of the Holy Ghost. I had the blessing of being Mormon throughout college and it create a unique one of a kind experience different from the average college experience. During my college career I was able to leave to serve a two year mission in the country of El Salvador. The love and life changing experience helped me to more fully become converted and understand the true gospel of Jesus Christ. I am Mormon so that I can have a fully life and return to live with my father in heaven one day.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be an example to others. I currently work with the young men ages 14-15 and it has been a great opportunity to prepare myself for a family one day. I try to show the youth how the decisions they make now will influence the rest of their lives. I also work with these young men to try and help them achieve the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America program. I work in a construction industry setting where the industry is driven my very worldly words and actions. As I try to be an example for others, it is my hope that I can influence them to seek the true gospel of Jesus Christ.
