Hi I'm David

Grew up in Rancho Cordova, California. Moved to Meridian, Idaho in the summer of 2009. Sealed to parents April 14, 2012.

About Me

I am a 19 year old student at BYUI. Swimmer of thirteen years, rugby player of 3 years. Avid snowmobile rider. Born and raised in Rancho Cordova, California. I moved to Idaho when I was 15. My mom had met a guy there, and they decided to be married in the temple. I couldn't have been more happier. We were all sealed together on April 14, 2012. Having Pops in my life has been such a blessing. Just a side note, I'm a very sarcastic, joking person. I received my mission call to Guatemala city North mission. I report to the Guatemalan MTC on April 17, 2012.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel has helped me through some hard times. I have seen the effects on my own life from not living the gospel standards, and let me tell you, the church brings so much stability, fun, enjoyment, and assistance. It truly is a way for a person to find guidance, help, and support.

How I live my faith

I go to church at my student ward here at school. I am a FHE group leader, as well as a Sunday school teacher. At college, since families are not all here, the ward puts certain apartments together as families, and they come together to do fun activities and build each other spiritually once a week. Although my ward meets at nine in the morning, it generally is a very good meeting.
