Hi I'm Mary Christina Gardner

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am studying to become an Interior Designer in Brooklyn, New York. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am currently attending school to become an Interior Designer. I have a passion for art, design, photography, dance, travel, and adventure! I have traveled to Mexico and the Philippines on humanitarian trips. They were both life changing experiences that taught me so much about love for other people. I enjoy spending time with the people I love and living life to the fullest!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes me happy! Each time my testimony is strengthened, I find myself becoming happier and feeling more comfort. I know that Joseph Smith restored the gospel and am so thankful for him and the teachings of the Prophets. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and that when we abide by its teachings we will find peace and happiness. I know that if we follow the example Christ our lives will be blessed and we will be able to bless the lives of others. I know that we are all Heavenly Father's children and that this gospel is for EVERYONE! I know all of these things to be true because I have prayed to know that they are true. I have felt the confirmation by the Holy Ghost and know that if anyone prays to know of these things, they can gain their own testimony. My testimony means so much to me and has given my life purpose. I hope that I can help others gain a testimony and feel the peace that the teachings of the gospel bring.

How I live my faith

I am in charge of visiting teaching for the women in my branch. I try to reach out to all of the sisters and make sure that everyone is being visited by members in the branch. I love my calling because it gives me the opportunity to get to know all of the women in my branch! I also live my faith by example. I am the only active LDS girl in my school. I try to be an example for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to the students at my school and them understand what the Mormon faith is.
