Hi I'm Lo

I grew up in Calgary in an LDS home I love my family and I love the gospel and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I really love to laugh and am happiest when I'm hanging out with family and friends listening to some good music and being outdoors. I love playing rugby, snowboarding and competing in equestrian horse jumping and I also coach rugby and competitive swimming. I cannot live without music. I love looking up new bands and love going to live shows. I currently enjoy listening to Sons of the East, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, The Paper Kites, Radical Face, Reuben and The Dark, Michael Bernard Fitzgerald, The Wooden Sky, Coldplay, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, The Naked and Famous, The Middle East, The Lumineers, Of Monsters and Men, Temper Trap, The Dudes, Arkells and the list goes on.... haha. In the summer I'm rarely inside. I love taking drives out in the country; I love the wide open golden fields, bright blue sky that go on forever and the mountains with their white peaks even in the dead of summer. God Bless Alberta! I went to the University of Lethbridge and studied one of my passions, Kinesiology. I hope to one day be a teacher but ultimately I can't wait to be a mother.

Why I am a Mormon

There is a prohpet named Alma who said, "if ye will awake and arouse your faculties, even to an Experiment upon my words and exercise a particle of Faith, yea, even if ye can no more than desire to believe, let this desire work in you, even until ye believe in a manner that ye can give place for a portion of my words." Basically what he is saying here is that before you shut something down, give it a try and see if it works and that is just what I did. I experimented and lived the values that are taught in the church and I found lasting happiness. From being a member of this church I have found my purpose in life, I have come to know and feel the love that our Heavenly Father has for me and I have peace knowing that I will be with my family after this life.

How I live my faith

Actions speak louder than words. The way I live my faith is by serving those around me and developing charity of all Gods children.
