Hi I'm Cathy

I love my family, my church friends as well as my non LDS friends. I'm a mormon

About Me

I have two older sisters and a brother, I'm the youngest. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration major in computer management and accounting. I worked for a little while in a private company and then I resigned to take care of my niece for a year and a half. My sister needed me so that she can concentrate on her med school. Babysitting was fun for me because I've always wanted a younger sibling. Indeed it was fun but at the same time it was hard too. If there is something that I've gained a lot it would be the principle of responsibility. My patience was really tested from putting my niece to sleep, playing, bathing, cleaning the bottles and having sleepless nights. But it was all worth it because I love my niece, I love helping my family and I know that that experience is going to be a big help for me as I prepare to go on a mission. I will be entering the mtc on march 29, 2013

Why I am a Mormon

I firmly believe in the truthfulness of the gospel. I know that there is no other way where I can find happiness but only here in the gospel of Jesus Christ. My life has a purpose and direction because of the gospel.

How I live my faith

I love playing the piano but I didn't had a piano lesson background. My skills for playing was improved when I was called to be our ward/church pianist. I'm really thankful for that calling because I was not only blessed with my skills but I also became more active in the church. I was invited to attend different kinds of church meetings and training just to play. I gained more friends and involve in church activities. I also became more eager to read the Book Of Mormon and attend institute classes. I've been a member of the church all my life and growing up I was really shy. I rarely attend activities and I had very few friends. But because of my calling I became more active and I became more sociable not only in our church but also outside the church. I was also called to be one of the visiting teacher and a ward missionary. My callings helped me to strengthen my testimony.
