Hi I'm Tasha

I live in Colorado, I love my job as a medical assistant in a family pediatric office. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy making music, I play the alto sax, piano, and guitar here and there. I've competed in beauty pageants, and it is such an uplifting and amazing experience. I want to go to BYU Idaho and receive my RN, and travel.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon, because of the joy, warmth, and comfort I am able to find in this gospel. I know I am never alone, and that my prayers will never go unanswered. I find a sense of peace when I kneel down and pray, I feel comfort and relief when I read my Book of Mormon. I have a huge testimony of the Holy Ghost, and how He is able to lead and guide us through the roughest of times in my life. This church has the fullness of the gospel, and I know Joseph Smith is a true prophet.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example. I am kind and understanding to those around me. I enjoy doing my part with the younger 8 year old girls, in planning activities and teaching them, answering their questions that they have. I love having the warmth and comfort that the church provides for me.

What blessings can you receive from reading the Book of Mormon, the Bible, and other scriptures?

The blessings one can receive from reading the Book of Mormon and other scriptures, is that one will feel the light of Christ on them. They will find the truth within the words of the book. Reading and studying the scriptures blesses us with answers to our prayers, and draws us closer to Christ and God. We feel more joy and warmth from reading. We feel the comfort of the truth.
