Hi I'm Kyler

I grew up in the country side of Utah, and am now serving a full time mission.

About Me

I am an outdoor enthusiast, I enjoy spending time with my family in the mountains camping, hunting, and fishing.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been very fortunate to have grown up in the church, to always have the teachings of the gospel right at my finger tips and to always have the church around me. But, like everyone else who wants to know about the church, I too wanted to know for myself if it really was true or not. So, I took the invitation that Moroni gives in the book of Mormon to read and pray about the Book of Mormon, so that is what I did. A few months before I left on my mission, I started to read the Book of Mormon for the first time on my own and I would read and pray about it every morning as I woke up. As I did this, the spirit touched my heart and told me it was true, and not only did I know it was true but it helped me in my everyday life. As I continued to read answers I had had were being answered, my concerns of the world were being lessend, and I was just so much happier when I read the Book of Mormon. The days I missed after beginning this journey were crummy days, I was not the happiest, and those concerns from the world were there. I know the Book of Mormon is Gods word and that through it we can draw closer to our Father in heaven, we can know why we are here, and where we go after this life. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God who restored the gospel of Jesus Christ to the earth and that through the power of God he translated the Book of Mormon. I know that Thomas S. Monson is Gods prophet on the earth, he speaks For God and if we follow his counsel we can know how to prepare ourselves in these last days to meet our maker face to face. His counsel blesses our lives. I know that Jesus Christ died for all of us and I am very grateful for his atonement which gives me the chance to repent everyday and better myself so that I can be closer to my Father in Heaven. I know that God loves us, and that he wants us to be happy. I know the family is eternal and that I can have my family forever and I am so thankful for that. I love being a Mormon..

How I live my faith

I am currently a missionary for the church, I have been on my mission for almost a year now in England. As a missionary I have been able to serve the Lord in many ways; serving those around me, teaching people, and am also growing my testimony and my knowledge about the gospel. I am enjoying my mission and the growth and strength it has given me as a member of the church.
