Hi I'm Catherine Wolf

I'm a southern girl. I love God. I love my family and friends. I'm a Certified Nurse's Assistant. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I currently live in Utah but I'm a Southern girl at heart. I lived for many years on the beautiful plains of Texas. I'm currently serving a mission for the Louisiana Baton Rouge Mission. I absolutely love it! I love having the opportunity to help others be happy and draw closer to our Savior, Jesus Christ. When all is said and done, that's what it's all about: Becoming like our Savior and gaining peace, hope, and happiness through Him.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon for one simple reason: because it's true! If I did not believe it, I would not go. When I was eight years old I prayed to know whether or not to be baptized because I didn't want to do something that God didn't want me to. I didn't want to join this church if it wasn't true. I prayed and God did answer me. He told me the church was true and He wanted me to be a part of it. It was the first time I ever felt the Holy Ghost. I have had many times in my life where God has reaffirmed to me that this church is His true church upon the earth. I do the best I can stay faithful even when I'm going through hard times because I know God is there. I only need to ask Him for His help and He will be there, always. He is there for every single one of us. One of the saddest things I can think of is that there are so many that are living below their potential. Every one of us is a divine child of God. He is our Father and He loves each one of us. You can do amazing things! You are here on this earth to grow, to learn, and to help those around you! When you feel like you can't keep going, turn to your Father and He will help you.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by each day striving to do what I know God would want me to. I begin the day in prayer, and scripture study, asking my Father in Heaven what my purpose for the day is. I ask that He guides me so that I can accomplish it. I do my best to pay attention to the Holy Ghost throughout the day so that I can do what God wants me to. He always helps me know, whether it's doing something simple like carrying someone's groceries for them or something big, like coordinating an activity. God is always there!
