Hi I'm Sarah

I'm an aunt, equestrian, I like making movies, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I really like making movies. I'm not very good at expressing myself through writing, so I express how I'm feeling through the movies I make. I love horses. I've been riding since I was 12 and plan to ride all all through my life. I ride english and train in jumping. I'm planning on becoming a dental hygienist. I play and teach piano and I love hanging out with my family, especially my nieces and nephews. I have a really big family, parents, 7 brothers, 1 sister, and 10 neices and nephews. I love sports, but probably basketball the most and I really enjoy watching my brothers play.

Why I am a Mormon

My family has been members of the LDS church for many generations, but there comes a time in everybody's life where you have to know for yourself if the gospel is true. When I was very young, I was over at my friends house when we got in a fight and I felt threatned and scared. (the whole situtation was silly, but was scary to me as a young child) I was scared to go back to her house and I remember my mom praying with me that I would feel at peace and God would help me feel comfortable enough to go and play and her house again. After the prayer I felt brave enough to go back to her house and play and we've been the best of friends since. That event has stuck with me my whole life because even at such a young age, I knew God had heard and answered the simple prayer of a three year old. I can't imagine my life without the gospel. It brings happines and peace to my life. No matter what happens I have the knowledge that God is always there and he knows what I need, and that gets me through life. LIfe is hard, but being a member of the church gives me hope and helps me find the beauty and happiness in life.

How I live my faith

I play the piano a lot in church, either to accompany people or playing the hymns and sometimes solos. I like visiting teaching because it helps me get to know the ladies in my ward. It's fun making new friends! I also do Family History with my mom. She's really good at it and does most the finding and then gives me the opportunity to learn more about our ancestors by letting me type up their historys. I've also been really blessed to go to the temple and do the temple work for the names we find.
