Hi I'm Josh

I'm a financial adviser and a classically trained vocalist. I am a husband and a father of three. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am Pennsylvania born and raised, where being a Mormon absolutely sets you apart from the rest of your community. I tend to straddle the line in my personal interests. I enjoy football, hunting and Broadway musicals. I love tech and 80s pop, but also love classical and sacred choral music. Above all, I love spending time with my wonderful family, both immediate and extended, and good friends. I value these relationships and recognize the importance of surrounding yourself with good people.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I truly believe that this is where individuals can find the answers to their questions about life. I have come to know that real joy is about serving those around us, both those we know and love, and those who we come to know and love through that service. I know that through service and faithful study of Christ's gospel we make ourselves better, little by little. It is in changing our lives and our character for the better, that we find satisfaction and fulfillment that the material things of the world cannot offer. There are times when life is overwhelming and hard, and there are times when we fall short of what we can truly be. It is by developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and following Him that we let Him heal our hearts and overcome our struggles. I know that I have a Father in Heaven who knows and loves me, and wants what is best for me. I have felt His hand in my life.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by helping, supporting, and loving those around me. I try, with my amazing wife, to teach my children values and morals that will support them in a world that grows more secular and selfish by the day. I serve in my local congregation any way I can... from teaching Sunday School classes to playing the organ in our worship services.
