Hi I'm Paul

I grew up in the Western United States. I appreciate reading good books and I really enjoy playing tennis.

About Me

I have a very special wife and we have 9 children; 5 girls and 4 boys. We have been married for 50 years now. We now have 24 grand children. I have taught in schools and at several universities in the US. I have appreciated the teaching of Jesus Christ since my boyhood. One of my interests is studying the Shabako stone in the British National Museum along with other significant original documents. My wife and I have travelled extensively into the following countries: Samoa in the South Pacific, Canada, Israel, Egypt, Russia, Germany, Belize in Central America, Eastern United States, Scotland, and the UK.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a Mormon because it has answered my deepest searching for truth about God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. I have a firm belief that the Book of Mormon is a second witness of Jesus Christ. These feelings are special to me and help me move along with others in looking for the good and being happy about it.

How I live my faith

I am active in the Church where I teach a Sunday School Class, I work with the Ward as a Counselor to the Bishop, I teach the young men in their classes and I participate with social activities that include all of the members of our Ward. I have been a member of the Church all of my life. I have studies World Religions and appreciate the good that is practiced by people of all religions. My wife and I have family prayer every day and we read the Scriptures daily. We are grateful for the blessings of repentance and we try to live the best we can.
