Hi I'm Aaron

I grew up in Utah. I'm a musician and private teacher. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived in Utah all my life, going to school and focusing on my future in either music or engineering. When I had the opportunity to teach some young musicians who were just beginning it sort of inspired me and I decided that's what I wanted to do and I plan on attending a University to continue moving forward with music. Other than music, one of my favorite hobbies is puzzle solving. Things like Sudoku and word puzzles are good ways to pass the time, but my favorite is solving Rubik's cubes.

Why I am a Mormon

Well I was born in the church so I guess that got me started, but as I started learning things for myself it just felt right to me. That doesn't mean I never had questions, in fact the questions I had are what truly converted me. Questions made me search and really study the Book of Mormon, and as I did I found the answers I was looking for. Those answers were confirmed by the Spirit as it bore witness to me that what I had learned was true. It was a very peaceful experience, and I know that that peace will always come whenever I have questions and a desire to learn.

How I live my faith

After I taught young starting musicians I had the opportunity to private teach some of those students who wanted to progress quicker. It was a really neat experience to watch them grow in their abilities, and teaching them helped me learn how to teach in other ways. I think it's important to teach and support one another, and one way we can do that is through hometeaching each other by visiting and sharing spiritual thoughts or offering service when they are in need. I believe things like that are what make people come together and strengthens communities.
