Hi I'm Janet

I am a Mormom. I live in Utah. I love life, my family and our Savior, Jesus Christ.

About Me

I have lived in Utah all my life, raised a family, and served in my church and community. I've enjoyed camping, gardening, hiking, dancing, crochet, and travel . I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the blessings it offers us.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon from my youth. My grandparents on my mother's side are from from Denmark. My father's parents immigrated from Germany in the year 1890, just a year before my dad was born. They lived in a community that was settled by many Mormon immigrants. The citizens of the community worked well together in helping each other build their homes and the community. They also enjoyed celebrating with parades, dances, theater, music and cultural events. I was introduced to Mormon church activities at age six, after my father's death. The teachings of Jesus Christ have always been in line with and accepted by my innermost feelings. When I was eight, I felt the happiness of baptism. The gospel of Jesus Christ has given me a guideline for life and has brought me great happiness.

How I live my faith

I was introduced to activity in the church when six years of age, just after my father's death. Sunday classes taught me about Jesus Christ. The gospel was very acceptable to my inner feelings. I was excited to be baptized when I was eight years old.. I find inner peace and happiness by exercising faith in Jesus Christ. The gospel is a guide for my life. The commandments guide me in how to relate to God and my fellowmen I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. d . .
