Hi I'm Tyler Adams

I grew up in Provo, Utah. Being large in Stature I am also known as Tank. I have been called to serve. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Utah my whole life. Looking for things to do I began a big gamer named The bear35. I used to game so much that I didn't appreciate everything around me. I know have changed my ways after a short visit to the University of Utah for a year of school. I am know looking to do everything outside. I also love going to the gym. Before I left on my mission I achieved my goal of benching 335 and it was great. Nothing feels better then accomplishing a goal. I love going to the beach every summer. I love to surf and body surf when I'm at the beach.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I was born into it. I did not know anything else besides being a Mormon. When I was fifteen I began questioning my faith. Most of my friends became agnostic or full on atheist. With my friends believing as they are I started to follow there lead. I soon became depressed and not liking what my life was becoming. I soon broke away from that friend group and started going back to church. I soon wanted to become a missionary and started on my papers but before I submitted them I had to know for myself that this church was true. By doing this I got a strong impression that it is true. I am now glad to be serving a mission in Manaus, Brazil.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by actually practice my calling. My calling is the assistant to the stake athletic director. This calling allows me to supervise church ball games in the stake. By accepting this calling I have seen how church ball is a blessing to the young men of the church. It brings the teams closer to Jesus Christ but also makes the quorum a stronger unit in the church. I also live through my faith by becoming a missionary for this church. I do not think I would be serving if I did not have faith.
