Hi I'm Elizabeth

I'm a missionary. I'm a footballer. I'm an expert at eating peaches. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of four children and I love my family! I am attending college and majoring in Statistics. I love to play soccer and I've started to dabble in tennis. I play the clarinet, saxophone, and piano, and I am picking up the guitar! I love to spend time with my family and friends, and I consider myself incredibly blessed to have such amazing people in my life. I love living!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this gospel is what keeps me going. This life is hard sometimes. Maybe even most of the time. But because I have the gospel in my life, hard is not the only thing that life gets to be. Because of the gospel of Jesus Christ, I have found beauty, fulfillment, purpose, and joy in life. I've found the strength to carry on when, frankly, challenges seemed impossible to overcome. I am a Mormon because I believe in Jesus Christ and the power that comes from that knowledge has changed my life.

How I live my faith

I have been called to serve as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Korea, Daejeon mission! I could not be more excited! I love the gospel and am thrilled to have the opportunity to share it with others. I live my faith by doing just that. I try to live each day in accordance with what I know to be true.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Elizabeth
The best way to know if something is true is to ask! There are several resources available to guide questions about the Mormons to: the missionaries, lds.org, local leaders, etc. However, the most important and very best source to ask is God. Through prayer, God can reveal answers His children are seeking. So go ahead and ask Him! He's listening. Show more Show less

Are Mormons Christians?

Elizabeth
Absolutely! We are commonly known as "Mormons" but the full name of our religion is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mormons believe Jesus Christ to be our Savior and Redeemer. He is at the head of our church and the focus of our beliefs. Show more Show less
