Hi I'm Brandon

I love to snow ski and play football. I have 2 broken ribs. I'm a hard worker and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old and am going to go to Xalapa, Mexico for my Mission. I am an uncle and have 12 nieces and nephews. I played high school football all 4 years. Ever since graduation I have been working to save up money for my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this gospel. I cannot deny the feelings I have had as the Holy Ghost has confirmed my doubts or questions. I know Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are 3 separate beings and that God the Father and Jesus Christ have a body of flesh and blood. I am so grateful that Heavenly Father sent his son Jesus Christ to Atone for our sins. Without the Atonement I would be lost. I know without a doubt in my mind that no matter how many mistakes you have made or how many times you have sinned or how bad you may feel inside, our Lord and Savior has Atoned for those sins. All we need to do is repent of our sins and God will remember them not. My testimony is the most precious thing I have. It is the most precious thing to me because at the end of this life we take only 3 things with us, our character, our testimonies, and our family and friends. I promise to anyone who reads the Book Of Mormon that if they read it and pray with real intent their lives will change for the better.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday. I was recently a Youth Committee Leader where I was in charge of activities for Wednesday nights and in charge of of the games at the pioneer trek for our stake. I do not smoke, drink tea, coffee, or any alcoholic beverages as this is against the word of wisdom. I keep myself morally clean both in thoughts and in actions.

Who is the Mormon prophet today?

God the Father has called prophets in our day just as he did anciently as in the Bible. The prophet and current president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Thomas S. Monson. He has two counselors that help and aid him they are Henry B. Eyring and Dieter F. Uchtdorf. These men are those that make up the First Presidency of the Church. All members of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles are apostles and prophets. They are as listed Boyd K. Packer, L. Tom Perry, Russel M. Nelson, Dallin H. Oaks, M. Russell Ballard, Richard G. Scott, Robert D. Hales, Jeffery R. Holland, David A. Bednar, Quentin L. Cook, D. Todd Christofferson, Neil L. Anderson Show more Show less
