Hi I'm Trevor

U.S. Navy Air Controller. Commercial Pilot. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the greater Phoenix area. I attended college at Arizona State University where I met my wife at church institute classes and our singles ward. We have one little boy. In college I earned my Airplane Land and Sea Commercial Pilot Rating. I enjoy flying when I can and my wife lets me. I joined the Navy in 2011 where I am an ASTAC Air Controller for the helicopters on the small Destroyer class ship that I'm stationed on.

Why I am a Mormon

God has a plan for us. I'm a Mormon because it bring more joy and peace, more then sailing and even flying, into not only my life but my family's lives. I know that I can be with my family forever and I wish the same on anyone.

How I live my faith

At church I'm just a normal member I attend with my family and try to raise my son learning about Christ and to have a good moral character. During the week I serve as a Boy Scouts of America Cub Scout leader for boy 8 to 10. The scout program helps to continue the values that the boys learn at church in a different setting. And it just plain fun. When my ship is out at sea I'm one of 2 mormons on the ship. We still met together when we can and it's amazing how the Lord is there even when no else is.
