Hi I'm Carley Breaux

I grew up in Weiser Idaho. I have a strong testimony of the power of Seminary and of the Temple. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am a convert. I live with my grandparents, mom, and younger sister. My parents are divorced. I am happy and so grateful to be a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I love to clog, play volleyball, and participate in tennis. I also love animals and going to the zoo, taking pictures, and being outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I chose to be a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, at first, because my mom converted to the church and we were little. However, I now know for myself that this is where I'm supposed to be. Through reading the scriptures, praying, and attending various church activities such as church and seminary, I know that this is where Heavenly Father has led me to be. He has caused me to know that this is His church and because I feel his love and this assures me that I am where I am supposed to be.

How I live my faith

I go to a ward of Young Single Adults. It is so fun! I was a teacher for Sunday School and I helped service the women especially in that ward. One way I did that was to plan an activity where just the girls came together and ate and talked. I was also able to be on a committee that planned fun activities for the young single adults and anyone else who was 18-31 to go to. The purpose was to bring others to Christ by showing them that they can have fun and still feel the peace and joy of the Spirit. I also love to go to Institute, which is a spiritual lesson on a specific week night. It allows you to feel peace and spend time with friends. It also allows me to make new friends.
