Hi I'm Brent Dorff

I am a chemical engineering student at BYU. I will be serving in the Cape Verde Praia Mission. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Chemical Engineering student attending Brigham Young University. I love kayaking, swimming, hiking, bowling, and just being able to spend time with family and friends. I am really into traveling around the world and have been to 12 different countries. I appreciate the friendship of others and the things that they teach me about life.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this Church is the restored Church of Jesus Christ in these Latter-days. I feel Christ's love every day as I go about trying to do my best to be one of His servants. I know that the Book of Mormon and the Bible are true books and are the Word of God. I feel happy as I go to Church and am able to feel the strength and love of others bolster me up. I know that Joseph Smith was a Prophet and that through him Jesus Christ reestablished his authority upon the Earth.

How I live my faith

I am in charge of the record keeping for my ward. I also have the opportunity to go and visit some of the members, who teach and comfort me as much as I try to do for them. I am upright and honest in all my doings and I love to attend my all my church meetings. The Spirit is just so strong and my testimony is firm. I am also grateful for my opportunity to be a missionary for the Church.
