Hi I'm Johnny Chandler

I'm tall. I love otters and tennis. I am serving a mission in Fresno, California. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a very simple person. I love the things everone else does; tennis, swimming, music of ALL kinds, and I absolutely love helping others. I was a waiter and I loved every second of it. It was only bringing people food, but it was something I could do to make someone happy. I'm the 7th child out of eight children, so you could say I have a lot to live up to. I am going to go to college and become a Registered Nurse and spend some time traveling the country, and hopefully the world, working in other hospitals to help all the people I possibly can.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church. My parents were baptized just before I joined and have been incredible examples to me by staying strong in the faith. But you can't believe in something just because your parents did. I have personally seen how this Gospel can change peoples live and bring families and even cities closer together, I have had my prayers answered by Heavenly Father and I know he loves all of us and just wants us to return to live with him. I have a very strong testimony of the power of one person. One voice can change the world, and the voice of the Savior has changed me, along with millions of people across the world. I know that this is the true church and that the scriptures are our guide to return to live with Him. And I know that we can all be that one voice.

How I live my faith

I am currently doing, what I feel is, the best thing you can do to live your faith. I'm serving a full-time mission in the wonderful area of Fresno, California. Being a missionary, that is exactly was you do; you live your faith. I was called by God to serve for 24 months and I am trying my very best to be an example to everyone. I'm hoping that by taking this short amount of time from my life, I can be a "light on a hill" for people who want to find the truth.
