Hi I'm vicki

I am a Navy wife, a Navy mother and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have 3 children, two grandchildren. I have worked at Home Depot in the plumbing department for 5 years, and I love it. I love being outdoors, gardening, riding bikes, hiking and Zumba!

Why I am a Mormon

I was converted in 1981. My daughter was about 9 months old. When the missionaries gave me the lessons, it all just made sense. I'm a practical person and I could find no reason not to listen to them. First reading the Book of Mormon I was a bit skeptic but prayed about it and the Holy Ghost inspired me to open my heart and mind. This gospel is the most important thing in my life. It has changed me to be a better wive, mother and daughter of God. Being mormon is being better, making better choices. Its not just a religion, its a way of life. It's like being on the other side of the rainbow. It's all so clear! Heavenly Father loves me, I know it, I feel it, I believe in it!

How I live my faith

My co-worker and neighbors know that I am a mormon and they ask questions and I share my testimony as much as I can. They know I observe the word of wisdom and that I visit sisters on a regular basis to give help or support in any way.
