Hi I'm Rebekah

I am proud to say, I am a Mormon

About Me

I am a pretty easy going person. I will pretty much do anything for anyone, whether I know them or not. I don't consider myself a proud person but there are things I'm proud of in my life and about myself. I'm striving to become a better person every day. I love my family. That includes my extended and in-laws. They are my everything. On February 7th, 2012, I was in a severe car accident and received the result of a broken neck. The doctors said I had what is called the "Hangman's Break." 90% of people die or are paralyzed from a break like this. With one surgery and a week say in the hospital, I walked out and went home. I never felt depressed or down about my situation. I knew Heavenly Father was watching over me. It was a hard road and it will still be hard ahead of me but I know if I continue to have faith, I can get through anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the LDS church my whole life. I was baptized, like most LDS children, when I was 8 years old. This church means so much to me. I know it's the one true church of God on the earth.

How I live my faith

I am a seminary teacher. Every week day morning, all the kids in my church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, 14-18 meet to discuss the Gospel.
