Hi I'm Lacee

I'm from a tiny town in Nevada. I love sports, especially basketball and baseball. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Right now I'm on my mission in Fukuoka, Japan. I love being a missionary, and I love sharing the Gospel. I was attending school at BYU before my mission. I'm double majoring in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. I love watching and playing sports. I also love to travel. I've been all over the world with my family. I love to watch movies, read, and hang out with my friends. I love my family, I love food, and I love to eat.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this Gospel! I've grown up as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, but that doesn't mean I didn't have to find my own testimony. From reading the scriptures, fasting, and praying I've come to know this is the true church. Through the knowledge the Gospel provides, I have so much peace and joy in my life. I continue to grow and progress and become a better person by following the teachings of the Savior. I love that we have a living prophet on the earth to lead and guide us through our mortal journey. I have no doubt that this is the true church of God on the earth today. The Church stays stable and firm when everything else in life seems to be falling apart. It's gotten me through the good and the bad. I don't know where I would be without it.

How I live my faith

I am in the presidency over the women in my ward. I'm the secretary, so I take the attendance and try to keep things organized. I love serving the women. They are such a special group. I've been assigned to go visit two of the women in my ward each month, so that is one of my responsibilities. I also just try to live the Gospel the best I can and try to be a good example.
