Hi I'm Joel Belnap

I grew up in Maryland, moved to Utah. I am a engineer major at BYU. I am serving in the California, Irvine mission. I'm a mormon.

About Me

In high school I was a goalie for the schools Lacrosse team; I played for all four years. It helped me learn a lot about myself and working with other people. I am serving a full-time mission, I will be serving in Irvine, California. I am very excited to preach the word of God, and get a tan!

Why I am a Mormon

I decided to become a member, because I came to know for myself of the need for a true prophet. I believe in prophets and that they recieve revelation for His church and for the world. I have read the Book of Mormon and know it to be the true word of God. I know that this chruch is lead by Jesus Christ. I am not perfect, but through Christ I can be.

How I live my faith

I am a ward missionary and love to talk and visit others in the ward and talk about there feelings and views about their live, the gospel, or other spiritual matters. I love to talk to others about their views on religion and getting to more about them.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Joel Belnap
For me families are so important because family is the number one priority our Heavenly Father (God) has. So as his son I should try to allign my priorities or goals in life with His. Our imediate families seem to be a minture of His family. Show more Show less
