Hi I'm Leah

I believe laughter can cure just about anything, I know adventure comes with every sunrise, and I am Mormon.

About Me

I am an imperfect human being. I over pack my suitcases and love going to places I have never been. I would rather eat brownie batter than the baked goods. You will find a smile on my face if I am holding a baby, a book, or a party for someone else. I love the way that both the sun's rays and laughter can warm your soul. I see every sunrise as the opportunity to make today better than the last. I am currently serving as a full-time missionary in the Washington DC South Mission and find happiness and joy in watching other people come to know and love our Savior Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because without the help of our brother Jesus Christ and our Father in Heaven I would not be able to make it through each day let alone my trials. This church gives me knowledge and helps me understand who I am and what I can be doing to better myself and everything around me. I know that because of the gospel in my life I am happier and more content than I could ever be. I am Mormon because I know that this church is the Church of Jesus Christ and that through these teachings I can give my all at this time to live with my family, God and Jesus Christ forever.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by finding joy in the small things and working to overcome the trials in life. I am grateful for all the experiences that I have been blessed with, difficult or magnificent. I work to bring other people to the same happiness, peace, and love that I have in my life through the precious truths that is the gospel of Jesus Christ. I love serving other people in the ways that I can and trying to follow the example of our Savior. I try my hardest to overcome weaknesses and improve myself everyday.
