Hi I'm Amilia

I grew up in the beautiful Bear Lake valley with and amazing family.I love running and the out doors.I'm a Mormon,

About Me

I am from a very small town with my wonderful family. I have three sisters , one brother and thirteen nieces and nephews .My family my greatest blessing in life and have gotten me through the hardest of times. My older sister Jess is my best friend in the world , last year I had the privilage of living with her and her five kids while her husband was deployed . This experience changed my life tremendously. I found my love of running , of the gospel of Jesus Christ , and it was at this time I chose to serve and LDS mission. I will leave in a few weeks and I have never been happier. Life is good:)

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised in the church and I didn't always have a testimony of the gospel until about a year ago. I decided to move fourteen hours away from where I had grown up to live with my sister while her husband was deployed. In the years before this I had been having a very hard time with everything life was so hard I was so unhappy until I made this move to live with my sister. I decided to read the Book of Mormon for myself to know if it was true, I know this day that it is a true testiment of Christ and that he died for us so that we could live with him again . I know that Christ lives, he know and loves each of us individually , it is trough him and his gospel that we find true happiness. I have never been as happy as I have been sense I have come unto the gospel , I know this is the only true church on the Earth . I love this gospel so much and I am so greatful for the Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and all they have done for us. I write these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

How I live my faith

I am a primary teacher in my ward, I teach the three and four year old children. It sometimes can be difficult with all their energy ,but it is wonderful to be around such wonderful children. I also go to activities with my mother once a month were the women of our ward get together and do things like make quilts for those in need, make crafts for out homes, and learn how to cook new things. My ward is like a big family always making sure I'm doing okay and helping in times of need.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

My family is one of the most important things to me in the world . They have been there for me through everything , they are one of the things in the world that we will always have.My family is an example to me every day and make me strive to better all the time. Show more Show less
