Hi I'm Jarom

I grew up in Texas. I love college football. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm Jarom. I was born in Idaho and after a bunch of moves with my family we ended up in Texas. I hear everything is bigger there. I love to play all kinds of sports, watch movies, and hang out with my friends. I have 3 siblings. They are hilarious. We make each other laugh so much. We always have each other's backs. I am currently living in Utah attending college and trying to get good grades! It definitely keeps me busy, but also helps me stay productive and happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it makes me happy. I think that's what we're all seeking for in life. We all want to feel loved, needed, and valuable. I feel that way in this church because of the relationship it helps me have with Jesus Christ. It's relieving to know that I don't have to be perfect to feel His love. I just have to try to get a little bit better each day and that joy comes.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by simply keeping the commandments. Jesus said, "If ye love me, keep my commandments." -John 14:15. I'm not perfect by any means, but with Christ's help I'm making progress. Having a family is important to me. I believe having one is part of God's plan. So I am doing what I can so I'm ready to become a father. Right now, that means getting a higher education so I can be a good provider. Living the gospel is a decision that has to be made every day.
