Hi I'm Jordan

I grew up in the beautiful state of Idaho. I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy fishing, camping, and being outdoors. I love nature. I like playing the piano, and listening to country music. I'm serving an LDS mission for the next two years!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I love my Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ. I know that by keeping God's commandments and following the example of Jesus Christ, I can live with my family forever. The gospel of Jesus Christ has given purpose to my life. I have found the joy in doing what God wants me to do and I know he is proud of the decisions that I'm making.

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving a mission for the LDS church. Our purpose as missionaries is to invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and his atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve others and help them see for themselves, the love which our Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ has for each one of us. I enjoy teaching others the restored gospel, and knowing that through the gospel, we can help them improve the quality of their lives, and find lasting happiness.

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

I know we have a living prophet today who was called by God. There are scriptures in the Bible and Book of Mormon which talk about the nature of god. God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He is an unchanging God. If we needed prophets hundreds of years ago to guide us, why wouldn't we need one today? God loves us, and wants the best for us. He calls prophets to help us make choices which will allow us to live with God again someday. If you want to know for yourself, ask God. Ponder these things in your heart and ask our Heavenly Father through prayer in the name of Christ if these things are not true, and I promise you will receive an answer of the truth of propehts.
