Hi I'm Steven

I grew up in Texas. I have six family members including me. I love BBQ. I'm a mormon

About Me

I collect model ships. I love to play games. I will be going to college in the future. I am an eagle scout. I'm a missionary. So I will be in Utah Provo for two years of teaching the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

The church has helped me in life to have a better understanding with Heavenly father and his son Jesus Christ. For I have felt peace through most of my life for knowing about the atonement and my purpose here on this earth. I have also found out for myself that this Church is the only true church that haves been restored on this earth though a young man named Joseph Smith. Which he have given his life so that me and you will be able to learn of how much God loves us. I testify if you pray to god with an open mind that he will tell you of the truthfulness of the gospel as I got to know it and to know the Jesus is the Christ of the son of God.

How I live my faith

I drive to church and pick up my friends so we can prepare the sacrament. I support church activities that help youth and adults out. I sometimes volunteer myself to help other people move, clean, or other things that they need done. I try to strive to be better like Jesus sense he put out an very good example.

How are the activities of the Mormon missionaries funded?

Steven
Well missionaries at a young age are encourage to save up for a mission with there own money to show that they are dedicated to the lord and to the people that they teach when they go. If they are stuggling to save up they ask a church leader that will help them figure out how to get the money that they need. They sometimes have help from there family. Show more Show less
