Hi I'm Genesis Puckett

I love quotes, books, talking, writing, singing and dancing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love reading and writing. I've read about a million books and I'm not close to finished.Yes, I'm a Twilight fan (sorry to those who aren't), but I also love Harry Potter and the Hunger Games, as well as many, many other books. I'm currently writing about five books and I've written a few songs as well. I'm in choir and I'm loving it! I can play one song on the guitar and I'm working on learning more. My favorite song is Safe and Sound by Taylor Swift. I'm looking forward to going to college. (Go BYU!) And I'm a total fan of Studio C!(Matt Meese is AWESOME!!) I LOVE to talk! If I think it, I'm probably talking about it.

Why I am a Mormon

I've grown up in the church. I never thought that I was different from anyone else when I was younger, I thought that all people lived the way I lived. As I got older, I realized that I was different from other people. They would swear, talk about inappropriate things, or just wore exposing clothing. I've stayed in the church because I believe that it is the true church of Jesus Christ. This is the only church that has the priesthood and the Book of Mormon. I know that Heavenly Father loves me and wants me to return to him. I want to return to him. I've tried to be the best I can be so I can return home to my Heavenly Father. Heavenly Father loves each and every one of his children. Everyone on this Earth chose to come here. They chose to come here and to gain a body. It is never too late to repent. Because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ, we are able to repent of our mistakes, no matter how big. If you truly want to change, Heavenly Father will forgive you. Just know that you are loved by Heavenly Father and that he wants you to return to live with him.

How I live my faith

I am a part of the youth program. I love it and I always feel so loved. We have so much fun during our weekly activities! It has helped strengthen my testimony. The youth in my ward are always so loving and positive! I know that they will be there when I need them. I know that I can be myself and they won't judge me. They will always love me no matter what. During our weekly activities, we do many fun things, including service projects. We've done talent shows, danced and done a lot of crafts! For service projects, it usually involves helping someone in our ward. Whether it's yardwork, babysitting or just heart-attacking them, it always seems to lift their spirits. The youth program is one of the best things in my life.
