Hi I'm Hannah

I was raised in Denton, Texas. I love to laugh! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy playing tennis, golfing, and dancing. I love music, I listen to it all the time. If you were to walk in my house at random 9 out of 10 times I would be dancing around my kitchen singing horribly, but I whole hearted beleive that very few people have as much fun as I have everyday. I am a poor college student, working at Red Lobster as a hostess in order to live and put myself through school, which I don't love school, but I know that it is very important. One month after I graduated high school I moved to New York to be a nanny, which was a huge change considering that I was currently living at home in a small Utah town. It was a definite learning experience for me, I learned more in my short time there than I probably had learned in my 18 years of life. I drove back to Utah alone to live in Salt Lake City. How many 18 year olds can say they have driven across the counrty alone? I am a hard worker and I love to help others.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church to fantastic parents. I don't really have an exciting conversion story or serious struggle that helped me to realize the truth of the gospel. Its always been simple for me. I wanted to know something, I have prayed like I have been taught, and have always recieved an answer. The gospel isn't complicated and was never meant to be. I have had my doubts and struggles like anyone else, but always feel so comforted by being able to pray and talk to my heavenly father and never questioning if he can hear me. The gospel is simple. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me, and hears and answers all my prayers, I know that Joseph Smith restored the gospel restored to the earth today. As unbeleiveable as some may think it is, that a 14 year old boy had a vision, its not. We see miracles happen everyday in so many peoples lives, mormon or not mormon. I beleive Joseph Smith, I know what he taught is the truth. I am grateful to have the comfort and the knowledge of where I came from and where I am going. I love this gospel.

How I live my faith

I am in a singles ward, where I serve on the "mingles committee." I do my best to help plan and prepare meals to bring young single adults together to get to know one another better.
