Hi I'm Sienna

I love arts&crafts, family, laughing and music. While often an artist, designer, or photographer, I'm always a Mormon.

About Me

I am a person of many interests! As a sophomore at BYU, my current plan is to test the field of Industrial Design. I love to be innovative and do my best to work hard in making my ideas come to life. My hobbies include playing music, drawing, dancing, sewing, decorating, photographing, hiking, camping, and learning new skills. Right now, the most exciting adventure of my life is my decision to accept my calling to serve the people of Juiz De Fora, Brazil as a full-time missionary of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

My family has been active members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for 5 generations. It seems pretty predictable that I would follow the example of my family. However, being raised in the Church has only provided me with just enough of a spiritual foundation and desire to search for the true purpose of my life on this Earth. I have come to know the answer of my purpose by reading and pondering the teachings of the Book of Mormon. Through this book, I have found my faith and love for Jesus Christ and now understand the importance and power of His atonement in my life. I can personally testify of the effects of His atonement. Upon reading the Book of Mormon, I sincerely prayed to know whether it was true, and I have received my answers. I am a Mormon because I have never experienced a greater happiness. I love how this Church sets standards for me to live righteously in order to someday return to live with my loving Heavenly Father. I love what I am and I live for the God I love.

How I live my faith

To live my faith, I try my best to follow Jesus Christ's example. Christ lived with compassion, humility, honesty, patience, diligence, obedience, virtue, faith, charity and love. Though not nearly close to perfection, I daily strive to improve my weaknesses and encourage others to do the same. I yearn to know more about how I can be more like Jesus Christ by taking religion classes, searching the scriptures daily, praying frequently, actively participating in Church callings, embracing service opportunities and attending Church services every Sunday. I seek to help others feel God's love because it is through that, and only that, which I have felt whole comfort and unfailing happiness.
