Hi I'm Kip

I grew up in Santa Cruz, California. I'm a Success Coach, Trainer, Speaker and Author. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a husband and father of five. I love to travel, read, go to the movies, and play games with my friends and family. As a Success Coach, I love principles of effectiveness. I've come to learn that a principle is a natural law or fundamental truth. I'm fortunate to work with people around the world, helping them apply principles of effectiveness in their lives in order to accomplish what matters most to them. There's nothing more rewarding than helping other people achieve the happiness they desire.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church at the age of 18, about five months after graduating from high school. There was an undeniable spirit as I learned about the gospel of Jesus Christ. It changed me forever. It made me want to be better, to be more kind, to be more patient, to be more forgiving. It made me want to forget myself and my own troubles and look for ways to serve others; to somehow impact other people's lives in a positive way. My membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has provided me a foundation for happiness and a clear sense of purpose for my life. It has positively impacted all of my relationships, both personal and professional, and I am very grateful to know my Savior, and of His love for me.

How I live my faith

I am very blessed to teach the young men and women in Sunday School. I admire them so much. I know I'm there to teach them, and yet their courage, kindness, and dedication to living their principles with conviction truly humble and inspire me. I look forward to our discussions every week, and I am a better man because of them.
