Hi I'm Hardy Williams

I grew up in Alabama. I am a country music junky. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in San Diego, California but I moved around a lot. I'm a Navy brat and my family finaly settled in Alabama. I've been all over the world but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else but the south. I am currently serving a two year mission in the Colorado Colorado Springs Mission. I am one eighth Mexican and the rest is Scottish and Irish. I am an avid fisherman and I am planning on becoming a conservation officer after I finish college. I'm a fisheries major and I love being outdoors. If I had to be inside all day I would probably go crazy. I love country music but most of all I love the gospel and the happiness it brings.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church, and I have felt on many occasions, the truth of it through the promptings of the Holy Ghost in my life. I love this gospel and the people who have helped me grow in it. The gospel has honestly saved my life more than once.

How I live my faith

I'm currently a missionary and I love it. The greatest feeling in the world is seeing someones eyes light up when we teach them about Jesus Christ. Before I came on my mission I was in a singles branch and loved it!

What is a ward/stake/branch?

Hardy Williams
Our local congregations are called wards (or branches for smaller congregations). They are organized geographically and members attend a ward or branch near their home. A stake is just a group of wards and branches in a geographical area. Show more Show less
