Hi I'm Eric

I'm a football fan, a missionary, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play football, hanging out with friends, pretty much what I wanted to do in college after I graduated from high school and I had plans to go to college, but for some reason I had the urge to go on a mission. So right now I'm making everything ready to go on a mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Well, my parents were converted a long time ago, met, then got married in the Washington D.C. Temple. So I was born into the Church and all my life I was told that the Church is true the Book of Mormon is true. I never really asked about it, and in my teens I started to feel I wasn't sure about it. One night in the summer I was at my grandparents house watching a ballgame with my papaw. For some reason I decided to ask him about the Book of Mormon on the table, they had in the living room. I asked him if he knew what it was. He said it was some book you guys read in your church. I asked him if he ever read it. He said no. I asked if he wanted to know what it was about. He said sure tell me about it. So I told him the gist of the story and how it was for us and I stopped, and I started to cry. With tears running down my face I bore my testimony to him that knew that the Book of Mormon was true. I knew later that it was the spirit that came over me. And I bear testimony now that I know with a surety that the Book of Mormon is true and that without it in my life I would not be where I am today: serving a mission.

How I live my faith

I like to go out and serve those in need. Whenever someone is in need I try my best to assist them.Currently I am on a mission in Pocatello, Idaho and I am serving the people of Idaho and Wyoming!
