Hi I'm Anthony

I was born in Utah, but I have lived in Idaho for most of my life. I have a deep love for learning. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to learn new things. I have always been able to enjoy school, not necessarily because it was fun all the time, but because every day there was something that caught my attention and increased my desire to know about it. I also enjoy reading. A book for me is gateway to an adventure. They provide so much more detail than a movie ever could. Fantasy books and mystery books have always been my favorites. Woodworking is another hobby of mine, one that my father helped me to become interested in. Often, the process for creating a finished piece of work is long, with many steps in between that can be boring, but it is always worth it to see the finished results and what you have created with your own hands.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church and most people in my family are members. So I never had to discover the Church and I've never felt like anything was missing, but I feel like membership in the Church helps me to live a better life. When I look at the way a lot of people outside the Church live their lives and how miserable they sometimes seem makes me that much more grateful for the Church and its teachings.I always feel so good about going to church and love the feeling I get when I'm there.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best person that I can be. I try to be a positive example to those younger than me and learn from and emulate those who are older. I enjoy going to members' homes to visit them and see what I can do to help them. I also enjoy doing service for the elderly in my area, because they are always so nice and grateful for the service given. I always feel great about myself after I have done service for someone.
