Hi I'm Russell S. Robinson

I grew up in St. George Utah. I currently attend Physician Assistant school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Most of all I love being a dad, I have a two year old daughter and another on the way! I also like basketball, football, sneakers, reading, and spending time outdoors. I am currently in my first year of graduate school working on becoming a Physician Assistant. I spent 2 years in South Africa as a missionary.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have come to know for myself, through the Holy Spirit of God, that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is God's true church restored to the earth. After much study and prayer I know this is where the fulness of the gospel can be found. I know without a doubt that Jesus Christ is the son of God, that Joseph Smith is a true prophet, and that The Book of Mormon is true. Being a Mormon has brought great joy and happiness into my life and the life of my family. We have been blessed for living the principles of the gospel and we know we can live together forever even after this life through the things found in this church. It's also important to me that this church is led by revelation through a modern day prophet. That we can know God's will for us in any circumstance or situation. This religion just makes sense to me and I am glad to be a part of it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every day by striving to be a Christ-like example to my daughter and those around me. I do my best to live the commandments of God even when it is unpopular to do so. In addition to attending church every Sunday, I get to go with the full time missionaries in my area a couple times a week to visit people who are interested in learning about the Mormon church. I really enjoy listening to their experiences, sharing the message of the restored gospel with them, and answering their questions. The feeling I get from helping my fellow man come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ is really special.
