Hi I'm Addison

I'm an artist, a chocoholic, and a lover of the moment. Oh, and I'm Mormon.

About Me

I'm a city girl through and through, but with a southern twist. I love music and been playing piano for about 18 years. I got my first camera when I was 7-years-old and haven't put it down! It's my passion, capturing moments that then, last forever. I'm graduating in 2013 with a BA in Photography.

Why I am a Mormon

Even when I found life kicking me down, my Heavenly Father has always been there for me. When I can no longer handle anything I collapse to the floor. I've always believed there's a reason why we collapse to our knees. He is the light in the darkness. He is my rock, my salvation, my brother, my friend. The is the Great Comforter. I may lose my way, but He never leaves me. He has always been there for me. My Heavenly Father, His Son, and the Holy Ghost, along with this gospel is the reason there is always light in my eyes.

How I live my faith

I've always taken the things that I believe and applied them to my life. In other words, I don't just believe things, I live them in my day to day life. I also use the talents that God gave me to help and bless others around me.

Why is authority to perform a baptism important?

Even Christ had to go to John the Baptist to be baptized. John had the priesthood, or the powers of heaven, to do the will of our Heavenly Father. We believe that not just anyone can baptize. You need to be worthy to use the powers of heaven and use them just as Christ would and our Heavenly Father would want us to. Show more Show less
