Hi I'm Cindy

I grew up in Southern Utah. Went to collage, I meet my husband, and raised our children. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Southern Utah most of my life. I finished college and went on to have 4 beautiful children who are now all adults, some of them are starting their own families. I like trying new crafts like jewelry making, scrap booking and reading. I love working out doors planting flowers and keeping my yard looking nice. I'm not so much into cooking, that is where I need to make some improvements. I try to stay healthy by walking and running and eating better, but I do have a sweet tooth that I have to control.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon. I love its teachings, standards, and why we need to take care of our bodies and to treat them like a temple. I was born in the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, my parents always in courage us to attend our church meetings. My mother taught primary, young women and sang in the choir. She was such a good example to me when I was a little girl. Primary was wonderful, I remember going to primary after school once a week with my friends. I was taught about our Savior Jesus Christ and how to pray to him, and I still do at this time in my life, I know that he hears my prayers and that he love's me. Our Savior died for me and has made it so I can live with him again, it is a great comfort to me to know this and I look forward to share my testimony with others and to let them know that they are loved and that our Savior knows them by name as he knows me by name. amen

How I live my faith

I have worked with children of all ages in our ward and also the youth. I helped in organizing fun things for the little children to do and helped with putting spiritual programs together for them to share with their families. As for the young ladies that I have spent time with in teaching them lessons on how to care for others, being helpful and to reach out to others in need. I have helped in planning Girls Camp for the some summer activities where they can learn new things about the world around them and about themselves. I have had the chance to teach women and to visit them in their homes and have grown to love them so very much. We have shared many personal events with one another that we have laughed and cried together. There have been times when I have gone to teach a sister and I have been the one that was taught.
