Hi I'm Jason

I grew up in Utah and now I'm on the East Coast, learning Spanish and preaching the gospel. ¡Soy mormón!

About Me

I'm 20 years old and serving as a missionary in New Jersey! I was studying generals in college when I was called to serve a mission, and now I study and teach the gospel in Spanish. I'm a sports enthusiast and now I've grown to love soccer as well. I love learning and I love being outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church. I've always gone to primary and seminary. I did these because that's what my family did. But I began to do these things on my own. After I found out for myself that the Church is true, I wanted to become a better person by going to church, attending mutual and other activities, and reading my scriptures more. I've prayed and felt the Holy Ghost testify to me that this is the right thing.

How I live my faith

In high school I joined service clubs because I knew people involved with it. And I helped my dad teach 10 year olds at church. But now I serve everyone I can as a full-time missionary and teach them about what I've come to love, which is the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I'm motivated it by my faith and love for the Savior and His Atonement.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

I serve because I love the gospel and I want everyone to enjoy the blessings it brings. I've seen the blessings of the gospel in my life and in my family. I know this is the Lord's work and that this is His Church. Show more Show less
