Hi I'm Bryant

I grew up in colorful Colorado. I love the outdoors, my family and the gospel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in Colorado by wonderful parents and have been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints all of my life. I love to camp, backpack, run, just about anything outdoors. Some of my greatest memories come from being outside. I just finished my first semester of college and now I'm preparing to serve a mission for the Lord. I have been called to serve in Brazil and I am so excited to go and do the work.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know the Church is true. Despite being raised in the Church, everything hasn't always been super easy for me or my testimony. I found myself not really wanting to do anything with the Church, and although I always attended my meetings, I still didn't really feel anything. As I grew a little older I was constantly bombarded by two conflicting choices. One being against the Church and the other being for the Church. In those times of trial I found that the Lord didn't abandon me and that he is willing to help me whenever I need it. Faith always precedes the miracle, and I realized that I need to put in the effort in my meetings and my family and other things if I wanted to get anything out of it. I needed help, and through small and simple things I began to receive my miracle. I saw the blessings of trying my hardest and going all in. I know that as I continue to try my hardest to do the right things, the Heavenly Father will continue to try his hardest to bless me. Once I accepted that principle, everything became easier for me, and faith was able to play a bigger role in my life.

How I live my faith

I live by faith by surrounding myself with good influences and people who love me. I have learned that there is no greater Love than that of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I have found that through the church I have been supported and loved by so many people. It means a lot to know you're loved, especially as a kid. Sometimes I feel alone or other things like that, but I know that I can always turn to Heavenly Father, my family or my ward. They'll always have my back, and I'll always have theirs.
