Hi I'm David

I grew up in Utah and Idaho. I am called to serve in the Australia, Brisbane mission. I am a mormon

About Me

I am the oldest of ten children. most would think it was hard, but it isn't! I enjoy collecting, especially coins. I graduated in the top quarter of my class. I was involved in twenty-seven different school organizations clubs and teams in high school. Among those were German club, Chinese Club, and a Sign Language club. I've moved fourteen times and gone to nine schools. I can't wait to begin serving the people of australia on my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I know it's true. God Loves us. Jesus Christ atoned for our sins. Joseph Smith saw God and Jesus Christ. The Book of Mormon is account of the Saints in the ancient Americas. I have felt it by the power of the Holy Ghost. Furthermore, I am convinced that no one could read the entire Book of Mormon, take moroni's challenge found in MORONI 10:4 and not receive a witness by the same spirit of the truthfulness of everything I just wrote. If anyone will take me up on this challenge they will not only find that I am right, but they will find they are actually happy I am right. I have struggled within the gospel and I have struggled without the gospel. I have found the gospel does not end the struggling, sometimes it may seem to be the cause, but the help and the peace received enable me to endure any affliction. I know this is THE true church. This is my witness to you in the name of my sacred redeemer, Amen

How I live my faith

I was just released from teaching the six year-olds in the primary. I loved every second of it and hope to have the calling again sometime after my mission. My favorite activity is to help others in heavy lifting work. in one summer I spent one hundred twenty-seven hours helping eight families move in or out. I've also done a lot of yard work with the help of my quorum for those who wouldn't be able to do it themselves. I actively attend both my parents' ward and the singles' ward and have grown to love the people in both.
